APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS:

A Credit Card or Gift Certificate number is required to book your reservation. We accept Visa and Master Card. To avoid a charge we require 24 hours notice for a single cancellation and 48 hours notice for multiple services and Spa Package cancellations.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Spa Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable or exchangeable at anytime. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates can be used for Spa treatment or products of your choice.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Spa appointment and at least 5 minutes prior to your treatments, so you can enjoy our relaxation room. If you arrive late we will subtract that time from your appointment, however you will be charged for the full treatment.

QUIET ENJOYMENT:

We ask our guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests.

CELLULAR PHONES/BEEPERS:

Are not allowed in the Spa. We will be happy to take a message for you.

PERSONAL PROPERTY:

Please keep valuables with you at all times. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:

Unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase date in its original packaging with a proof of purchase sales slip. Cosmetics and hair products may not be returned at anytime please choose items carefully.
